Joining the Zevn waitlist does not constitute a contract or guarantee of access to the Zevn platform. Waitlist spots will be allocated at our sole discretion based on availability and other factors.

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receiving email communications from Zevn regarding your waitlist status and product updates. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by contacting us at hello@zevn.cc.

Zevn is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during the early access period. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.

The Zevn name, logo, website design, and all related content are the intellectual property of Zevn AI and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zevn AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the service exceed the amount paid by you to Zevn in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.
